Human Service Organizations: Design, facilitate, document and follow-up process for oorganizational development – including refining mission statement, identify operating values, create a three year strategic plan with vision, strategic directions and detailed action; team building.

Regional Health Authority: designed, facilitated and documented a two day strategic planning session with over 80 people in attendance with representatives from various sectors from Municipal to Provincial government, education to housing, public and private enterprise to create a Regional Plan to population health with a focus on literacy.

Economic Advisory Council: “Bridging Opportunities .. A Summit on Aboriginal Business Development and Increasing the Aboriginal Workforce” Design, delivery and documentation of stakeholder input process, synthesis and analysis of over 2000 items of data and compiling into a report. Design, facilitate and document a 1.5 day event with over 200 people and a team of 20 co-facilitators and documenters.
