Aboriginal Social Service Organization: design, conduct and document an employment and training needs assessment with participation by all stakeholder groups: clients, service providers, staff and Board of Directors. Compilation, synthesis and analysis of collected data into a three year training plan. Designed, and wrote a report for presentation to the organization and the funder.

Community Health Centre: design, conduct and document a Community Consultation process on the location of integrated program for street workers involving all stakeholder groups: clients, service providers. Compilation, synthesis and analysis of collected data into a three year training plan. Designed, and wrote a report for presentation to the organization and the funder.

Individuals from private/public, government to service sector: coaching support in personal planning, design of meetings, facilitated events, strategic planning exercises, leadership, team building, designing and developing training plans and workshops.
