Medium sized (n=50) retreat Board to front line staff
This event helped to:

• future planning with clarity
• to understand where we are going, get to meet others/talk
• helped me understand the goals of the Centre
• identifying goals, blocks
• process [learning, gaining more experience]
• good team building
• opened ones mind to change and new views
• identified issues long buried; in a constructive way
• brought clarity to my role at the Centre
• foster hope in knowing how others feel about “good governance and procedure”
• expanded my knowledge
• clear direction, benchmark for future actions

Good work – we’ve been through this process a few years back but didn’t feel the same sense of accomplishment and there was no follow-up.
