Helen has worked with the Westman Regional Health Authority to provide facilitation training in the methods of ICA Canada to staff at all levels of our organization. She actively sought our input in developing trainings to address our particular needs. After the training she has always been available for consultation most helpful and working us with us to address our issues. As a result we have facilitated approaches to issues within the organization and with our community partners. Helen has also worked with our Board and Regional Leadership Team in strategic planning in a challenging time of change.
Helen has always been accessible – willing to work with us via teleconference or to travel to our rural region. She brought facilitation skills training to Western Manitoba by offering sessions in Souris and Brandon. Helen is a consummate trainer and facilitator. She models through her facilitation style that which we strive to become as facilitators. She has provided us with excellent customer service.
